03/04/2023: She was operated successfully on left side to correct her severe contractures and painful hip dislocation. She is in post-op now under observation. Stable. Aprised the parents.

04/03/2023: She was operated today to correct the residual deformities. She is doing well. Additionally we gave a single shot of IntraThecal BACLOFEN (by Neurosurgeon) to see her response.
